I was surprised at how much interest there was with regards to creating shades for SawStudio... but disappointed that there weren't really any tools to help people along the way. It is so cool that we can customize things just the way we want in our SAW environment. I sat thinking about what type of tool I would like to use to create shades, what it would look like, and how I would interact with it. And so PowerShades was born. PowerShades is intended to simplify shade manipulation and maintenance for SAWStudio shade developers.
